Grand Opening Year - 2000
August 2nd of 2000 was the day Hayes Haven welcomed it's first resident. Since then 105 residents have called it home. General lengths of stay average 2 years. The record for length of stay is 8 years!
2010 was our 10th Anniversary.
Prior to 2010 Hayes Haven rented the property. For the 10th Anniversary, the owner of the land transferred the title! The Hayes Haven Board of Directors are sincerely grateful for this wonderful gift.
